Hoshi is probably one of the most dedicated people I have met in web-design in the past four or five years. In the time I have known her, she's always managed to keep her websites frequently updated.
On top of that Hoshi is one of the nicest people that I know online. She's always ready to help if she can, and she's there for you if you need somebody to talk/rant/bitch and just want somebody to lend an ear. And she'll probably be one of the first people to defend you if it's needed (Hey, she didn't get the title for being a smart ass simply by smiling!).
Amongst her most notable works are included her collective, Jonouchi.com; Her old Cardcaptor Sakura website Sakura's Crystal Card (which is currently under a preserved state) as well as her various fanlistings that cover her various ventures in different fandoms. Aside from web-designing Hoshi also enjoys making graphics, mostly icons which can be found here. She's also been staffed by various livejournal icon contests as a banner maker.
